This newly refurbished luxury apartment, situated in leafy Hampstead London is a beautiful example of how additional space can be added seamlessly to an existing building to give the owners a whole new level to their home.

The client was eager to use a Lutron lighting control solution and the Palladiom style keypads in particular as they matched the clean aesthetic lines the interior designer envisaged.

From the keypads, the inhabitants can control all their lights, blinds, privacy glass, motorised windows and set levels on the HVAC system. Further control of the HVAC system is incorporated into the Control4 house control system which the Lutron seamlessly integrated with also.
