This apartment in the heart of London is in a prime location for any metropolitan homeowner.  It boasts a Lutron system that controls lighting and window treatments whilst working in harmony with a Control4 Home Automation system that incorporates intruder alarms audio, video and heating.

The client wanted simple system that they could remember how to use. The finish of the apartment was very design driven and as such we needed to ensure that our system complimented the internal architecture and blended in seamlessly with the interior design. It was important to the client that each room in the house worked the same way so that there was uniformity.

The outcome was a beautiful home with technology successfully and discreetly incorporated into its surroundings.
