Once a year there is a pilgrimage for the technology industry to Amsterdam and this year TwentyTwo Integration sent Jason, Mark, Simon and Aimee to see what’s new at Integrated Systems Europe(ISE), the worlds best and largest AV and systems integration exhibition.  Over four days ISE 2016 provided visitors with the definitive technology showcase for AV products and techniques. This was coupled with a packed programme of events and training programmes that ensured that personal development was high on the agenda. 

 It’s always great to see the displays that manufacturers put on and this year we had:

 Panasonic screens dancing on robotic arms

LG with double sided wavey screens

Projected 4K displays the size of a house

 More relevant to our field of work we were impressed by:

 Crestron PYNG- an easy to configure iPad app to control your Crestron products

 Digitl Projection Laser Evision 8500 with a short throw mirror lens – we have one of these specified for a stunning swimming pool install

 Dolby Atmos – Wisdom Audio produced a stunning demonstration of 3D sound using their latest speaker range, the SAGE Cinema Series

Over the course of the show’s duration ISE cemented its reputation as the destination of choice for international AV and systems integration professionals. With over 1000 exhibitors; it was impossible to cover everything in a day trip. It was most insightful, our only recommendation is more time to view the rest of the exhibitors.
