We collaborated closely with the Mumbai-based interior designer to seamlessly integrate home technology into the apartment. We crafted a unique blind treatment for a bedroom suite divider and designed custom Lutron keypads for air conditioning, lighting, and window control.

At the core of the distributed high-definition video system is a four-zone Kaleidescape Blu-ray movie server, featuring UK and Indian satellite TV services distributed to eight TVs. Each of the eight audio zones enjoys independent access to internet radio, music streaming, and wireless playback from iPhones and iPads. A striking 55” custom mirror TV graces the reception room.

A central Control4 system unifies all components, easily navigated through iPads and iPhones, offering control over audiovisual, lighting, motorized blinds, and heating/cooling. A secure, reliable wired and wireless internet backbone supports Smart Home systems.

Intruder protection, blending internal and perimeter safeguards, was meticulously installed. A Lutron Homeworks system manages lighting and motorized blinds, featuring bespoke fabrication for roller blinds, roman blinds, and curtain tracks with imported textiles. Winning the Lutron 2012 Award for ‘Best Window Systems Project’ adds a touch of pride to this accomplished project.
