The audiovisual system, featuring six rooms of audio and four high-definition video zones, ensured independent access to internet radio, music streaming, and wireless music playback from iPhones and iPads. This feature delighted the clients, especially when entertaining friends who could effortlessly play their preferred music through the system. All TVs, including a custom Mirror TV, connected to central video sources like Sky+HD boxes and Apple TVs.

The cutting-edge Lutron Homeworks whole home lighting control system, with customized engraved wall stations, provided versatile scene setting throughout the apartment. Lutron’s motorized window treatments, seamlessly integrated with the lighting controls, added an extra layer of convenience.

For the Smart Home System, Control4 was selected, allowing the client to manage the audiovisual system, lighting, and motorized blinds effortlessly through iPads and iPhones. To ensure a reliable and secure foundation, a robust wired and wireless network was meticulously installed, serving as the backbone for the integrated Smart Home Systems, providing both stable internet browsing and system functionality.
