The Project Coordinator recommended TwentyTwo Integration to the client, having worked with our team on other refurbishments.  We worked closely with the design team to ensure that the technology for this family home was fully coordinated to meet the high standard of interior design and finish.  The coordination included designing the joinery so that it had the correct ventilation and space to ensure reliable operation of the equipment.

A simple six handset DECT phone system was used.  We utilised DECT boosters to ensure a call taken in the basement could stay connected, no matter where they roamed to in the house during the call.

The integration was achieved through a sophisticated Control4 system, unifying all components. Wireless Control4 touch panels empowered homeowners to manage video entry, surveillance, and audiovisual systems seamlessly. This included interacting with visitors, monitoring CCTV, and controlling entertainment.

Using discrete in-ceiling speakers we distributed audio to eight rooms and an eight zone high definition video distribution was used to send the centralised Sky+HD receivers to the televisions.  One of the clients’ requirements was that they didn’t want the rooms dominated by TVs, so we worked closely with the specialist mirror maker to build a number of the TVs into bespoke mirror frames.
