Rococo Home

Central London

This exquisitely finished apartment, in a Grade II listed building,  has had a high specification home automation system sympathetically integrated into it, to a level that not only satisfies the expectations of the developer of this home, but also English Heritage who wanted to ensure that the character of the building was maintained.

A discrete distributed audio system was installed using hidden speakers that were plastered into the ceilings, powered by a Crestron Sonnex system and controlled using Crestron in-wall touch panels, as well as via iPads.  The French interior designers also designed the lighting throughout the apartment and a Lutron lighting control system ensured that this could be brought to life by simple “lighting mood” selection using custom finished architrave keypads.  The experience was further enhanced with Lutron motorised curtain tracks, providing whisper quiet control of the curtains within the bay windows of the reception room and master bedroom.
